► Tariff:
The price includes 7 nights rental, electricity, water and gas, air conditioning, the wifi.Mandatory tax is to settle on the spot (0.95 per day and per person, for adult and child from 13 years d subject no change of the municipality.)
► Conditions residence:
Arrival time: the keys to your home you will be presented the Saturday or Sunday from 17: 00. To arrive and leave a day other than Saturday, as out of season contact the reception.
Departure time: your residence should be released on Saturday or Sunday at 9: 30. No discount will be given for late arrival or early departure.
The price of the household is compulsory: 40 for A type. 60 for types B and C 55 m 2; 75 for the 90 m2 and 95 m2.
Animals are not allowed.
Rental of cot provided for the stay and Chair adapter provided for the stay (subject to stock at time of booking).
Sleeping linen rental is available at the residence:
25 large pack (2 flat sheets, 2 large towels, 2 small towels and 1 bathroom mat)
18 small pack (2 sheets in 90, 1 large towel, 1 small towel)
bed linen available for stay.
► DEPOSIT :
A pay upon arrival in the rental home, the client will provide the balance that appears on the rental contract and then will file with the receiving bail of 400 for all apartments A, B, C 55 m2 and 90 m2 95 m2 500 (Un_numero_de_CB_sera_exigι). ► Reservation:

► Cancellation

For 4/6 persons 55 m2: 2 bedrooms one with a bed in 140 (2) pers, pers one with 2 beds in 90 (1), 1 living room with convertible 2 p, 1 room with shower, 1 independent WC, 1 equipped kitchen (lava linen, lava crockery, microwave, plate and refrigerator with curling, 1 outdoor barbecue terrace.)
For 2/4 people 45 m2: 1 bedroom (with a bed in 140: 2 pers), a living room with convertible 2 p, 1 room with shower, 1 independent WC, 1 kitchen (idem), 1 outdoor barbecue terrace.
For 2 persons: 35 m2, a living room with 1 bed in 90 and a convertible 2 p, 1 room with shower with WC, 1 kitchen (idem), 1 outdoor barbecue terrace.
